Grades 2-5

Join us for a 7-week investigation of a mystery. During our first meeting, we'll gather clues from a crime scene, plot them in our casebooks and start right in on solving the mystery, which changes each term.

Each week we'll learn and practice different forensic science techniques, including fingerprinting - we'll use the same tools the pros use - hair and fiber analysis, footprint casting and ink chromatography. The fluorescent finger printing powder is out of this world!

Our kids learn a bit of science in a fun way and can't wait to come back for more. Don't be surprised to find your sleuths suddenly discovering 'clues' all over your house.

Seven weeks.

Cost: $85 per student.

No computers or LEGOs, but yes: microscopes and more.

Areas of exploration: chemistry, biology, scientific method.

Class meets at Bradley Hills room TBA, on the following 7 Mondays: Mar. 14, 21, 28, April 4, 11, 25, May 2.

If you have trouble registering please call Adventures with Robots at 301-259-1255.
